The SWA need your help!
To make the St William’s Family Fun Day on the 28th of September extra special and fun, we would appreciate your support with donations for prizes and cakes. Items can be handed into the school.
Here’s what each year group can contribute:
Nursery & Reception
Contribution: Sweets & chocolates for games and stall prizes (e.g., Smarties, Nerds, Fruitellas, Fudge Fingers, chocolate bars, etc)
Drop-off Date: Friday, 20th September
Year 1 & Year 2
Contribution: Items for adults’ tombola (bottles of wine, spirits, books, novelties, gift cards, treats, toiletries, tea & coffee, board games, puzzles, etc)
Drop-off Date: Friday, 20th September
Year 3 & Year 4
Contribution: Items for children’s tombola (as new toys, games, books, stationery, art supplies, accessories, etc)
Drop-off Date: Friday, 20th September
Year 5 & Year 6
Contribution: Sweet baked goodies like cakes, cookies, and buns (homemade or store-bought)
Drop-off Date: Friday, 27th September
Can You Spare Just 1 Hour to Help?
The Family Fun Day is organised by volunteer parents to raise funds for the school, and we’re in need of a few extra hands! We’re looking for volunteers to help run stalls, serve food, and assist with various tasks.
If you can spare just one hour on the day to help with setting up or managing a stall, it would make a huge difference. Please get in touch with Matt if you’re able to lend a hand:
