The flu immunisation team will be in school on 18th November for Year R to Year 5 and then 9th December for Year 6 and catch up.
Please follow the link to give permission for your child to have the vaccine. If you do not wish to give your consent it is important that you still complete the form so that the immunisation team do not contact you.
